Paul Leader

Executive Chef

Chef Paul Leader began his Spuntino journey in 2015 as a dedicated line cook, before advancing into the Sous Chef and later on the Executive Chef role. In this position, he focuses on sourcing, mentoring up-and-coming team members, collaborating with General Manager, Nicole Bartoline, to create innovative programs for Spuntino diners, and, always, on the food. To that end, each day, Chef Paul, a Star Career Academy graduate, shows up for work with a mission collective: Delivering the freshest ingredients, from kitchen to table, sending out the highest quality food, and making sure guests love what they’re eating.
